Doug Ford was at the York Memorial Collegiate Institute debate on Tuesday the 23rd. York Memorial Collegiate Institute, located on the border of Wards 11 and 12 near Eglinton Avenue and Black Creek Drive. It was a fun night of debating ideas with fellow candidates.
