The last administration left a complete disaster at Toronto Community Housing. We inherited a $700 million repair backlog that was growing by a staggering $100 million each year. And we did something about it. We immediately sent in the Auditor General, to do a top to bottom review. What the Auditor General uncovered shocked Toronto, it shook our faith in the country’s biggest landlord.
